Grace was not so sure she liked the White Scar caves near Ingleton. I was very impressed though.
Going "off season" is a great thing to do - there were only 5 of us on the tour (including the guide)

These are the "longest" show caves in the UK - with a one mile underground walk.

Rushing stream below our feet most of the way, we still paid careful attention to the guide
as to what we should do in a "flash flood".

We were told (by the obvious delight of the guide, though not to a 6 year old who got the gist of what he was saying!)
that the last time the caves were completely flooded was this time last year!
