I've always been fascinated by "art" but I can't draw
to save my life so I guess one of the closest things I can do
is take photographs!
I started a City and Guilds course in photography at evening
class, but moved location before I could finish the whole course
but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Reeds in a loch just north of Pitlochry.
I'm not a great reader of books - and as the saying goes, a picture
paints a thousand words so why waste hours reading a book when
you can look at a picture?.
One of the advantages of living in Perth, Scotland, is that we
have easy access to spectacular scenery - moutains, rivers, waterfalls,
beeches and lochs (or lakes as we used to call them down South)

Glenfinnan, Scotland.
Here's just a small sample of pictures I've pulled off my PC.
I hope you like them.
Perthshire Photographs

A frosty shot taken on the way to Pitlochry on
the A9 just north of Dunkeld.

An adorable daugther - taken in a coffee shop
(another favourite past time) in Nairn, near Inverness.

Trees in silhouette on the walk at The Hermitage,
near Dunkeld, Perthshire.

A red rose.

First snow of the season, Nov 2006. Click the

didn't see it personally)
